The PGR forms have now been replaced by the new Qsis Research Student Lifecycle functionality, and the following three RDP Exception Request forms (to be used when exceptional circumstances have been evidenced):
RDP Exception Request - Supervisor Appointment - to request an atypical supervision team.
RDP Exception Request - Registration and Thesis Submission - to request an extended period of study and thesis submission date.
RDP Exception Request - Temporary Withdrawal - to request an extended period of temporary withdrawal.
