Reporting Requirements & Contacts

Erasmus Reporting Requirements

Financial Reports UK National Agency

Interim Report

The University is legally bound to produce an Interim Report on the allocation of student grants to all outgoing Queen’s students in any one year. The report must be sent to the UK National Agency in January each year, and must contain details of the awards already given to students in the first semester and the awards "earmarked" for students travelling in the second semester. The Exchange and Study Abroad team produces this report and we rely on the co-operation of the Queen’s Erasmus Programme Directors to provide accurate, realistic information concerning the numbers of outgoing students.

Final Report

This must be sent to the National Agency by 31 July each year, and must include any amendments to outward mobility figures occurring since the Interim Report was submitted.

Student Reports

Students are required under the terms of their contracts, to complete and return a report on the academic and social benefits (or otherwise) resulting from their placements.  Students will be invited by email, sent directly by the European Commission, to complete the online report. The deadline for return is normally 30 days from receipt of the invitation email.

Teacher Reports

Teachers who undertake Teaching Staff visits are required to complete a short report on their return, as well as provide a copy of the approved teaching programme/workplan or equivalent.
