By completing a Gift Aid Tax Declaration on your donation form you can increase the value of your donation by nearly one third at no additional cost.
Queen’s University is a charitable organisation and Gift Aid is a way of allowing a charity to claim tax relief on gifts made by UK taxpayers.
The tax you pay on your gift can be reclaimed by the University on donations of any amount, made by any method provided it is made by a UK tax payer.
This means that for every £10 you give, the University can claim an extra £2.50 to help support the cause you have specified.
