There are two alumni associations which help maintain links with Queen's through regular events for graduates.

The Queen's University Association, United States (QUAUS) - East Coast was formally established in 2002 in New York. With over 300 alumni on the US east coast, the Association held its inaugural dinner in trhe prestigious New York Athletic Club, Central Park South. The acting president is Chris Boyd.

There are over 150 alumni on the west coast of the United States and the inaugural University event for the Queen's University Association, United States QUAS - West Coast took place in Los Angeles in October 2005. Kieran Drain is the current QUAS - West Coast president.
